WHO PROCESSES YOUR DATA?
The company RAMENCRAFT s.r.o. (Company Registration Number: 179 23 611, registered office at Veleslavínova 59/3, 110 00 Prague 1, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 267724) is, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation
(EU) 2016/679 - GDPR), the data controller for your personal data as the operator of a restaurant with an online store on the website www.ramencraft.cz. This means that RAMENCRAFT s.r.o. collects, stores, and uses (or otherwise processes) your personal data for the purpose of its business activities. The specific purposes for which personal data are processed are further defined below. RAMENCRAFT s.r.o. may also authorize a third party (processor) to process your personal data for a specific purpose and under specific rules (see below, section: Who will have access to the data?).

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The main reason for processing your personal data is to manage your user accounts for our services, provide services and products in which you have expressed interest (including administration and execution of payment for orders), and to ensure and continually improve the security of our services and your data.
We also process your data for the purpose of:
- Fulfilling the contractual relationship (name, surname, address, email, phone, company ID and VAT ID, payment details, encrypted password)
- Accounting and tax reasons (name, surname, company ID and VAT ID, address, payment details, phone)
- Improving the quality of our services and developing new ones (profile information such as age and gender, name, surname, email)
- Conducting analyses and measurements to understand how our services are used (cookies, IP address)
- Analyzing your preferences and displaying content that corresponds to your individual needs (cookies, IP address)
- Gaining advantages in marketing campaigns organized by us (name, surname, email, address)
- Participating in consumer contests organized by us (name, surname, email, address)
- Sending commercial communications (you can unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications in the settings of your account or by email: unsubscribe@ramencraft.cz) and content newsletters (email, name, surname, phone)
- Responding to your inquiries submitted through the contact form (email, address, phone)
- Protecting health and property (image recording)
Your personal data are processed both manually and automatically. RAMENCRAFT s.r.o. is authorized to collect, store, and use certain information through automated means, such as statistical information whenever you visit our website.
WHO WILL HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR DATA?
Your data is secure with us. We carefully select partners to whom we entrust your data and who can ensure the technical and organizational security of your data to prevent unauthorized access or misuse. Data protection is our priority. All our partners are bound by a duty of confidentiality and may not use the provided data for any purposes other than those for which we have made them accessible.
Third parties that may have access to your personal data, depending on the nature of the service you use or have used, include:

Under certain, precisely defined conditions, we are obliged to transfer some of your personal data based on applicable legal regulations, e.g., to the Police of the Czech Republic or other public administration authorities. Personal data is not transferred to third countries.
